The Center of Historical, Archaeological, and Cultural Heritage
Establishment:
The Center was established by the University Rector’s Resolution No. (401) dated 2008.
Location:
The Center is located in the Old University Campus, next to the Faculty of Science.
Contribution:
The Center is in the process of making. It intends to address the issues related to the field of work and specialization after being fully equipped with devices and equipment. It strives to attract competent and highly qualified cadres to achieve its objectives effectively.

The Center strives to serve the history of Yemen through scientific and reliable methods by offering programs and activities, promoting and enhancing historical and heritage knowledge within Yemeni society.
Our Mission
The Center of Historical, Archaeological, and Cultural Heritage is dedicated to supporting the country's efforts in expanding the scope of scientific and practical knowledge in the fields of history, archaeology, and heritage. It also aims to develop the curriculum materials taught in the university colleges related to its specializations and update knowledge about these fields by providing new information and necessary resources to faculty members in Yemeni universities and postgraduate students in relevant departments. It also seeks to utilize historical knowledge socially to contribute to the development of social awareness, strengthen the cultural identity of Yemen, and deepen the sense of national belonging.
