The Center of Historical, Archaeological, and Cultural Heritage

The Department of Training and Qualification is primarily responsible for all aspects related to the success of training and qualification programs for trainees, whether students or employees from the University or outside.

Tasks and specializations:

  • ·       
    Preparing plans and ideas for integrated training and
    qualification programs after obtaining the University Bachelor’s degree.

    ·       
    Determining the material and in-kind requirements
    necessary for the implementation of training and qualification programs successfully,
    and following up on their provision by Sana’a University or other donors and
    supporting bodies inside or outside the country through the Center’s management
    and the University administration.

    ·       
    Supervising and directly following up on the progress
    of the establishment, operation, and continuous development of training and
    qualification programs.

    ·       
    Forming a permanent academic committee for this
    purpose consisting of the Center Director, Vice-Director, the Center Secretary
    General, and two specialized members from the Center Council or from outside,
    whose academic rank should not be less than Professor or Associate Professor.

    ·       
    Preparing and organizing training and qualification
    courses and workshops specified in the Center’s regulations, and submitting
    them to the Executive Director.

    ·       
    Preparing proposals for contracting with different
    entities to implement training or qualification courses or workshops within the
    Center’s specializations.

  • ·        Communicating with the various relevant bodies to participate in the courses and workshops to nominate their candidates.

    ·        Working to activate and promote everything related to training and qualification in the different specializations of the Center, and seeking fund sources for internal or external training programs.
