The Center of Historical, Archaeological, and Cultural Heritage
The Department of Heritage Study and Research is specifically concerned with investigating Yemeni manuscripts in various fields of science and human knowledge. It conducts research, study, and identification, as well as writes specialized research on Yemeni heritage in different eras.
Tasks and specializations:
· Contributing to spreading awareness of Yemeni heritage and preserving it, and encouraging inclinations towards heritage among citizens.
· Collaborating with all bodies related to Yemeni heritage, primarily the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Endowments, to spread heritage and enable researchers to access the national heritage stock.
· Encouraging research and publications related to Yemeni heritage.
· Spreading awareness of the importance of heritage research, striving to develop research skills, and utilizing modern technologies.
