requirements<br>\nnecessary for the implementation of training and qualification programs successfully,<br>\nand following up on their provision by Sana&#8217;a University or other donors and<br>\nsupporting bodies inside or outside the country through the Center&#8217;s management<br>\nand the University administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size: 7pt;line-height: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\n<\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span dir=\"LTR\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%\">Supervising and directly following up on the progress<br>\nof the establishment, operation, and continuous development of training and<br>\nqualification programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:1.3pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-18.0pt;line-height:150%\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Symbol\">\u00b7<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;line-height: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\n<\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span dir=\"LTR\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%\">Forming a permanent academic committee for this<br>\npurpose consisting of the Center Director, Vice-Director, the Center Secretary<br>\nGeneral, and two specialized members from the Center Council or from outside,<br>\nwhose academic rank should not be less than Professor or Associate Professor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:1.3pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-18.0pt;line-height:150%\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Symbol\">\u00b7<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;line-height: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\n<\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span dir=\"LTR\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%\">Preparing and organizing training and qualification<br>\ncourses and workshops specified in the Center&#8217;s regulations, and submitting<br>\nthem to the Executive Director.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%\">Preparing proposals for contracting with different<br>\nentities to implement training or qualification courses or workshops within the<br>\nCenter&#8217;s dir=\"LTR\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%\">Communicating with the various relevant bodies to\nparticipate in the courses and workshops to nominate their
