Planning, Follow-up and Performance Evaluation Unit
The unit is concerned with advancing services in the field of strategic planning and developing institutional performance by providing the necessary data and information to the center and university leaders in general. Specifically, the unit undertakes tasks and specializations.
Tasks and specializations:
- Participate in setting the vision, mission and strategic goals of the university’s faculties and its quality units.
- Participate in the preparation of the environmental analysis represented in analyzing the internal environment and the external environment with opportunities and threats.
- Participate in preparing strategic plans for colleges and quality units in them.
- Review the strategic plans of the university’s faculties and its quality units and participate in their development.
- Make comparisons to judge performance efficiency and compare actual performance with planned performance.
- Colleges and quality units participate in making improvement plans.
