Training and Capacity Development Unit
The unit undertakes training and implementation of professional development programs for faculty members and their assistants at the university.
Tasks and specializations:
- Determining the training needs in the field of building professional capabilities and developing the academic and scientific performance of the university staff in coordination with the academic departments of the colleges.
- Holding professional development courses for university faculty members.
- Organizing training courses in information technology skills, languages, scientific research, analysis skills and community service.
- Establishing and organizing training courses and workshops for academics in governmental and private universities and colleges.
