the field of quality assurance, ensuring its development and performance improvement.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Enhancing the level of the academic, administrative, and technical staff within the University according to the University&#8217;s training needs.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Enhancing and upgrading the training and professional development system.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Developing a long-term plan for preparing and implementing training programs included in the Center&#8217;s plan.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Participating in preparing the training budget.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Determining the methodologies and fundamentals of training programs.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Establishing the necessary procedures and standards to enhance the effectiveness of the programs proposed by the Center.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Designing and preparing training programs tailored to meet the training needs of University leaders, faculty members, and University staff.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Undertaking assigned tasks within the framework of training and development in the
