The Periodic Meeting of the Development and Quality Assurance Center at Sana’a University convenesToday, Wednesdy, April 23, 2025, corresponding to Shawwal 25, 1446 AH,
\nthe periodic meeting of the Council of Development and Quality Assurance Center at Sana’a University was held, chaired by Professor Huda Ali Al-Emad, Dean of the Center, and attended by the council members.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, Prof. Al-Emad emphasized the importance of following up on quality work pursuance and paying attention to responding to the notes raised by the Accreditation Council for each faculty, and working to implement them before the verification committees visit.<\/p>\n

The council discussed reports of the student records review committees for the bachelor’s stage and their conformity with SAR system according to the Study Plans approved by the University Council and Rector’s Decision.<\/p>\n

The council also approved the formation of a committee consisting of Mr. Muhammad Khosroof, General Director of the Academic Affairs; Mr. Ahmed Qaed, Secretary of the Development and Quality Assurance Center; and Mr. Saleh Al-Mustafa, Director of the Documents’ Department in the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs office, to review updates to the plans that were approved by the University Council and follow up on their modification and addition to the SAR system according to the update decisions.<\/p>\n

After discussing the bachelor’s program plans and academic records, the council stressed the need to take into account students who have Repeated Courses from previous years and address their situations in accordance with the common regulations of Student Affairs Department.<\/p>\n

The council also urged the formed committee for postgraduate studies to review study plans and their conformity with the records in the system for the master’s stage, following the example of the bachelor’s committees and in accordance with the plans approved by the council.<\/p>\n
