The Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana\u2019a University \u200econducted a field visit to the Center for Legal Studies, Consultations, and Arbitration to \u200eevaluate the performance of its graduate programs for the 2025\u20132026 academic year, in \u200eaccordance with the Center\u2019s approved action plan. \u200e<\/p>\n
The visit aimed to review graduate program evaluation checklists and assess the extent to \u200ewhich approved academic requirements and standards have been fulfilled, thereby \u200econtributing to the enhancement of the educational and research processes and \u200estrengthening the effectiveness of academic programs.\u200e<\/p>\n
The committee included Dr. Mohammed Al-Baydhi, Dr. Ahmed Nasser, and Ms. Naseem Al-\u200eKebsi. They were received by the Center\u2019s leadership, including Dr. Abdulwahab Al-Washeli, \u200eDirector of the Center; Mr. Mohammed Nijad, Secretary of the Center; and Ms. Najwain Jamal \u200eSaif, Director of graduate Studies. \u200e<\/p>\n
During the meeting and discussions, several observations and recommendations were \u200epresented to ensure the completion of academic and procedural requirements and to further \u200edevelop the graduate programs in alignment with best practices and international standards.\u200e<\/p>\n
This field visit forms part of a series of monitoring and evaluation measures implemented by \u200eSana\u2019a University through the ADQAC, aimed at improving the quality of academic outputs and \u200estrengthening the confidence of the academic and professional community in its programs, \u200eparticularly at the master\u2019s and PhD levels. \u200e<\/p>\n\n
