The Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana\u2019a University \u200econducted a field visit to the Faculty of Education \u2013 Sana\u2019a to evaluate the performance of its \u200egraduate programs for the 2025\u20132026 academic year, in accordance with the Center\u2019s \u200eapproved action plan. \u200e<\/p>\n
The visit aimed to review graduate program evaluation checklists and assess the extent to \u200ewhich approved academic requirements and standards have been fulfilled, thereby \u200econtributing to the enhancement of the educational and research processes and \u200estrengthening the effectiveness of academic programs.\u200e<\/p>\n
The committee comprised Dr. Tawfiq Wazaa, Dr. Fatehiya Al-Hamdani, and Ms. Najla Al-Joufi. \u200eThey were received by the Faculty\u2019s leadership, including Dr. Hamoud Al-Ahnoumi, Vice Dean \u200efor graduate Studies; Dr. Basheer Mufreh, Vice Dean for Quality Affairs; Mr. Ibrahim Lutfi \u200eRayshan, Director of graduate Studies; Ms. Anwar Abdullah Al-Sarraa, Head of the graduate \u200eDepartment; and Mr. Ayoub Ahmed Rashid, Specialist. \u200e<\/p>\n
During the meeting and discussions, several observations and recommendations were \u200epresented to ensure the completion of academic and procedural requirements and to further \u200edevelop the graduate programs in alignment with best practices and international standards.\u200e<\/p>\n
This field visit forms part of a series of monitoring and evaluation measures implemented by \u200eSana\u2019a University through the ADQAC, aimed at improving the quality of academic outputs and \u200estrengthening the confidence of the academic and professional community in its programs, \u200eparticularly at the master\u2019s and PhD levels. \u200e<\/p>\n\n
