    \u00a0<\/p>

    • Appointment of a supervisor.<\/li>
    • Selection and registration of the PhD dissertation title with the National Information Center.<\/li>
    • Submission of the research proposal in accordance with the center\u2019s specified standards for review. Once approved, the student is officially enrolled in the program.<\/li>
    • For students with an academic master\u2019s degree, they must publish two papers based on their dissertation, one in an ISI or Scopus-indexed journal and the other in the Sana\u2019a University Journal.<\/li>
    • For students with an executive master\u2019s degree, they are required to publish three papers, two of which must be in ISI or Scopus-indexed journals, and the third in the Sana\u2019a University Journal.<\/li>
    • Compliance with the center\u2019s guidelines for writing theses and dissertations.<\/li>
    • The dissertation must undergo a plagiarism check using Turnitin, the center\u2019s approved platform.<\/li>
    • Students from non-administrative disciplines must complete 12 courses before proceeding with the previously mentioned steps.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
