His dissertation, titled \u201c<strong>&#8220;Electoronic management and its impact on financial performance through corporate governance : a field study in mobile phone companies&#8221;<\/strong> was presented on Wednesday 15\/7\/1446 Hijri, corresponding 15\/1\/2025 The Viva-Voce Committee, formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<br \/>1- Prof. &#8220;Saif Salam Al-Hakimi&#8221; External examiner, Hodeidah University.<br \/>2- Prof. &#8220;Abdul Aziz Muhammad Al-Mukhtalif&#8221; Internal examiner, Sana&#8217;a University.<br \/>3- Prof. &#8220;Muhammad Ali Al-Kurdi&#8221; Supervisor, Dhamar University.<br \/>The Viva-Voce was attended by several academics, researchers, students, and several
