His dissertation, titled \u201c<strong>The Effect of Employee Empowerment on Administrative Innovation through Job Satisfaction: A Field Study on the Telecommunications Sector in the Republic of Yemen<\/strong>\u201d, was presented on Sunday, 11\/ 1447 Hijri, corresponding to November 2, 2025.<br \/>The Viva-Voce Committee, formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following members:<\/div><ul><li dir=\"auto\"><p>Prof. Amal Mohammed Al-Mujahid \u2013 External Examiner, Dhamar University.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"auto\"><p>Assoc. Prof. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Mahmoudi \u2013 Internal Examiner, Sana\u2019a University.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"auto\"><p>Prof. Abdul Aziz Mohammed Al-Mukhtalif \u2013 Supervisor, Sana\u2019a University.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\"><div dir=\"auto\">The Viva-Voce was attended by a number of academics, researchers, and interested participants, as well as several colleagues and family members of the
