The MA defense was held on <strong>Monday, August 31, 2026<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p>The PhD Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p><ul><li><strong> Prof. Fadl Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Mahmoudi \u2013 Sana\u2019a University \u2013 Internal Examiner and Committee Chair.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong> Prof. Mujahid Yahya Saleh Al-Mashraqi \u2013\u2013 External Examiner and Committee Member.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong> Prof. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Mekhlafi \u2013 Sana\u2019a University \u2013 Representative of the Supervisor and Committee Member.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The study aimed to identify the level of strategic intelligence practices and the current state of organizational excellence and organizational agility in private hospitals in Taiz Governorate, as well as measure the impact of strategic intelligence on achieving organizational excellence through organizational agility.<\/p><p>The study population consisted of 657 male and female employees, including administrators, physicians, and technicians working in 14 private hospitals in Taiz Governorate. The sample comprised 340 employees, from whom 337 questionnaires were retrieved. After excluding questionnaires that were unsuitable for analysis, 334 questionnaires were included in the statistical analysis.<\/p><p>The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, along with a number of statistical methods, most notably arithmetic means and standard deviations, composite reliability (CR), average variance extracted (AVE), and structural equation modeling (SEM).<\/p><p>The findings showed that the levels of strategic intelligence, organizational excellence, and organizational agility in the hospitals under study were moderate.<\/p><p>The findings also revealed a statistically significant effect of strategic intelligence, both collectively and through its individual dimensions, on achieving organizational excellence. Similarly, strategic intelligence, both collectively and through its individual dimensions, had a statistically significant effect on organizational agility. In addition, organizational agility, both collectively and through its individual dimensions, had a statistically significant effect on achieving organizational excellence.<\/p><p>The results further demonstrated a partial indirect effect of strategic intelligence on organizational excellence through organizational agility.<\/p><p>The study recommended strengthening the adoption and practice of strategic intelligence and organizational agility in private hospitals and incorporating them into strategic plans as two key pillars for supporting sustainability and competitiveness.
