Graphics Department Graduation Projects Discussion Sessions – Academic Year 2024-2025

The Computer Center Director, Dr. Abdulwadood Al-Nozaili, officially launched the discussion sessions for the graduation projects of the Graphics Department students for the academic year 2024-2025. The event was attended by Mr. Adel Al-Hababi, Assistant University President for Media Affairs, Mr. Majed Aslan, Head of the Graphics Department, and several faculty members from the department who comprised the viva-voce committee, chaired by the Center Director.

This year’s graduating cohort presented a diverse array of innovative projects, including visual identity systems, institutional profiles, and motion graphics videos specifically designed for various university faculties. The projects showcased a remarkable level of artistic coherence and meticulous execution, highlighting the scientific, practical, and artistic competencies acquired by the students throughout their academic journey. These achievements underscore their readiness to excel as professional designers in both the local and regional labor markets.

Reflecting a commitment to serving the university community, this year’s projects were oriented towards supporting Sana’a University’s faculties. Attending the project presentations were Dr. Mohammed Al-Nasser, Dean of the Faculty of Languages; Dr. Adel Al-Weshali, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture; Dr. Abbas Mutahar, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Languages for Academic Affairs; Dr. Mujeeb Qassem, Head of the Translation Department at the Faculty of Languages; alongside numerous department heads from the relevant faculties and proud parents of the graduating students.

The graduation project discussions are scheduled to continue on the upcoming Wednesday and Thursday.
