About Quality Unit<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The Quality Unit at CCTLT was established in July 2021, aligning with the University Presidency\u2019s recent trends towards enhancing quality and advancing the educational process to keep pace with global and regional developments and experiences in higher education quality. Since its inception, the Quality Unit has focused on assessing and analyzing CCTLT internal environment. It has developed models for evaluating the quality of educational and training processes, as well as for defining program specifications. Dedicated committees were formed to specify graduate programs and language courses in compliance with international standards. The Quality Unit, under the supervision of CCTLT Management, has organized several workshops focusing on quality enhancement within the Department of Translation and Applications and the Department of Language Teaching. including:<\/span><\/h4>

  • A workshop on developing the academic specification document for the Master\u2019s Program in Translation and the Higher Diploma in Translation.<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

  • A workshop on course specifications for the Master\u2019s Program in Translation and the Higher Diploma in Translation.<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

  • A workshop on reviewing the academic specification document for the Master\u2019s Program in Translation and the Higher Diploma in Translation, along with their courses.<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

  • A closing workshop on approving the academic specification document for the Master\u2019s Program in Translation and related courses.<\/span><\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

    The Quality Unit is currently in the process of completing CCTLT self-assessment and finalizing the specifications for the remaining programs within the Department of Translation and Applications, the Department of Language Teaching, and other administrative units at CCTLT. Looking ahead, the Quality Unit aims to continue developing and implementing quality standards at CCTLT, fostering a culture of quality among the teaching staff, personnel, and students, and striving for excellence in academic education.<\/span><\/h4>

    Below is a summary of the key activities and workshops conducted by the Quality Unit, under the supervision of CCTLT Management, between 2021 and 2023.
