The visit aimed to provide students with practical insights into real-world translation processes and to benefit from the expertise of the translators of the Center&#8217;s Translation Unit. Upon arrival, the students were welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Ibraheem Tagaddeen, the Center&#8217;s Director, who conducted a short training session on general translation. The session covered the significance of translation in the digital age, the challenges inherent in document translation, and effective strategies for overcoming these challenges. Prof. Tagaddeen also provided practical guidance for students on how to improve their translation skills.<br \/>\nSubsequently, Dr. Faisal Aldawli, Head of the Translation Unit, led a training session on translation and translation technology. He explained the types of documents translated at the Center, the difficulties faced by translators, common pitfalls to avoid, and methods for addressing various challenges inherent in the translation process.
