{"id":14311,"date":"2025-09-07T20:46:40","date_gmt":"2025-09-07T20:46:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/su.edu.ye\/cctlt\/?p=14311"},"modified":"2025-09-07T20:46:40","modified_gmt":"2025-09-07T20:46:40","slug":"students-of-english-and-translation-department-at-national-university-conduct-field-visit-to-cctlt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/su.edu.ye\/cctlt\/14311\/","title":{"rendered":"Students of English and Translation Department at National University Conduct \u200eField Visit to CCTLT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sana\u2019a \u2013 Saturday, September 6, 2025\u200e<\/p>\n<p>The Community Center for Translation and Language Teaching (CCTLT) at Sana\u2019a \u200eUniversity today hosted a field visit by 13 female students from the Department of English \u200eand Translation at National University, accompanied by Dr. Anhar Al-Ahmar.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>The students were welcomed by Dr. Faisal Al-Dawli, Head of the Translation Unit at the \u200eCenter, along with Ms. Saba Al-Arshani, Head of Public Relations, and other translators.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the students observed the translation workflow in practice and learned from \u200ethe experiences of the translators in the Center\u2019s Translation Unit. Short presentations were \u200ealso held on general translation, exposing the students to practical training in modern \u200etranslation techniques and methods.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>The students received a detailed explanation of the types of documents translated at the \u200eCenter, as well as the procedures for receiving, translating, and reviewing them. Specialists \u200ealso explained the challenges translators face, common errors in document translation, and the \u200emethods used to address various translation-related issues.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the visit, the students expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation \u200eto the Center\u2019s administration and staff for their warm reception and for facilitating the field \u200evisit.
