The project \u200einvolves the total replacement of damaged roofing and comprehensive structural \u200emaintenance.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, Prof. Al-Bukhaiti reaffirmed the university leadership\u2019s commitment to \u200ethe rigorous monitoring and implementation of maintenance cycles across all faculties, \u200ecenters, and facilities. He emphasized that such efforts contribute to improving the educational \u200eand training environment, safeguarding infrastructure, and ensuring the long-term \u200esustainability of the university&#8217;s academic and community services.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Al-Bukhaiti stressed the importance of executing maintenance projects in \u200eaccordance with the highest standards of quality and technical precision, with adherence \u200eto timely completion and the use of durable, high-quality materials. He highlighted that \u200ethese measures guarantee the safety of buildings and the continued performance of \u200euniversity facilities in their academic and service roles.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>Accompanied by Assistant Secretary-General Mr. Mustafa Shari, the Rector listened to a \u200etechnical briefing from Engineer Abdulhakim Shamsan, Director General of Projects. \u200eEng. Shamsan detailed the progress of the first phase, which is being funded by the \u200euniversity at a cost of 5,400,000 Yemeni Rials. This phase covers approximately 600 \u200esquare meters and is set to benefit hundreds of students and community members served \u200eby the CCTLT.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>This project is a key component of Sana\u2019a University\u2019s broader strategy to modernize \u200einfrastructure, with a focus on implementing maintenance works across faculties, centers, \u200eand facilities using sustainable, high-quality materials.
