The MA defense was held on <strong>Monday, August 17, 2026\u200e\u200e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prof. Abdou Ahmed Mounassar\u2013 Thamar University \u2013 External Examiner and Committee Chair.<\/li>\n<li>Assoc. The questionnaire measured students\u2019 perceptions of the accuracy, fluency, clarity, and adequacy of Google Gemini\u2019s outputs, while the translation test assessed linguistic, contextual, and stylistic difficulties using a five-level rating scale.<\/p>\n<p>The study provided detailed and comprehensive data describing Google Gemini\u2019s capabilities and shortcomings in legal translation.
