decision of the President of the University of Sana&#8217;a. The university aims, through the center, to encourage specialized scientific research in the economic and financial fields and to provide the community, state institutions, and both the public and private sectors with specialized scientific and professional cadres through the academic and training programs offered by the center, as well as providing studies and specialized technical consultations to various state agencies and public and mixed institutions.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;text-decoration: underline\">Location of the
