The latest developments in cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, lipid disorders, diabetes, and other related scientific topics were discussed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Graduate students at the center participated in the meeting by presenting several scientific papers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The meeting was attended by Dr. Hamoud Abbad, the Mayor of the Capital, Prof. Abdul Latif Abu Talib, Vice President of Sana&#8217;a University for Medical Colleges and Hospitals Affairs, Prof. Akram Al-Hajj, General Director of Kuwait University Hospital, Dr. Salah Al-Shawki, Director of the Cardiology and Catheterization Center, Dr. Mohammed Al-Houthi, Head of of the Scientific Cardiology Council as well as heads of departments and medical professors from Sana&#8217;a University and other government universities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The scientific program lasted from 1:00 PM until the Maghrib prayer, and witnessed a large attendance of cardiologists in
