The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Sana’a University organized a scientific seminar on Monday morning, November 17, 2025, to discuss a PhD research proposal submitted by Mr. Majdi Ali Al-Sumat.<\/h3>\n

This event is part of the Faculty\u2019s continuous efforts to promote scientific research aimed at sustainable health solutions and to develop the skills of its researchers.
\nThe seminar was chaired by the Main Supervisor, Prof. Hasan Al-Mahbashi, and involved a cohort of faculty members from the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, as well as postgraduate students.
\nThe research plan discussed was titled:<\/h3>\n

“The Role of Gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidase Enzyme in Nephrotoxicity Induced by Cisplatin and Cyclophosphamide in Experimental Animals”
\nThe candidate presented his plan to the attendees and the scientific committee, which led to extensive scientific discussions focusing on the research methodology and initial findings. High-quality guidance and critical feedback were provided to enhance the methodological and applied aspects of the study.
\nAt the conclusion of the session, the committee praised the candidate’s research effort, underscoring the vital role of scientific research in developing the health sector and offering solutions to contemporary therapeutic challenges.
\nThe seminar session was attended by academics and interested individuals, reflecting the Faculty’s commitment to creating a stimulating research environment and promoting the exchange of scientific expertise among researchers<\/h3>\n
