Prof. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, President of the University, affirmed that the Faculty of \u200eSharia and Law is one of Yemen\u2019s key academic and research pillars, given its vital role in \u200epreparing and qualifying academic and professional cadres capable of serving the judicial \u200esystem and promoting the rule of law.\u200e<\/p>\n

He made these remarks during his inspection visit to the Faculty, where he was received by \u200ethe Dean, Dr. Mohammed Saad Najad, the Vice Deans, the Faculty Secretary, and a number \u200eof faculty members and administrative staff, who welcomed the President and expressed \u200etheir appreciation for his continued support.\u200e<\/p>\n

During the visit, Prof. Al-Bukhaiti was briefed in detail on the progress of the educational \u200eprocess, ongoing development projects, the Faculty\u2019s key needs, and its future plans. He also \u200einspected maintenance and rehabilitation projects and reviewed the efforts made to \u200estrengthen infrastructure and improve the learning environment.\u200e<\/p>\n

Prof. Al-Bukhaiti stressed that these efforts are part of Sana\u2019a University\u2019s comprehensive \u200estrategy to enhance academic performance across all faculties and scientific and research \u200ecenters. He noted that the Faculty of Sharia and Law, with its qualified academic staff and \u200eextensive experience in legal and Sharia education, is among the leading higher education \u200einstitutions that supply society with highly competent graduates capable of contributing to the \u200eachievement of justice and the development of legislation.\u200e<\/p>\n

He further emphasized the University\u2019s commitment to providing continuous support to the \u200eFaculty, as it does for all other faculties and scientific centers, through the provision of \u200enecessary resources, the development of curricula, and the modernization of teaching \u200emethods, in line with contemporary requirements and in a manner that enhances the \u200ecompetitiveness of graduates in local and regional labor markets.\u200e<\/p>\n

The University President concluded by underscoring that the development of Sharia and Law \u200eFaculty, alongside other faculties and centers, falls within the University\u2019s vision of building \u200ean integrated educational environment capable of producing academically and professionally \u200equalified generations who contribute to serving the community and building Yemen\u2019s future \u200eon the foundations of justice and sustainable\u00a0development.<\/p>\n
