Chaired by the Dean, Dr. Mohammed Saad Najad, the meeting was attended by vice deans, department chairs, council members, and the student forum representative to discuss a range of academic and administrative agenda items.<br \/>\nThe council opened the session by approving the minutes of its first meeting for the current academic year. Members also reviewed and approved the recommendations from the first Student Affairs Committee meeting held on July 4, 2026, which addressed student-related administrative and academic procedures.<br \/>\nAdditionally, the council evaluated the Academic Committee&#8217;s report regarding a teaching assistant appointment within the Department of Legal History and Philosophy, approving the decision in compliance with current university bylaws and regulations.<br \/>\nDean Dr. Mohammed Saad Najad highlighted the importance of collaborative teamwork and strict adherence to academic and administrative frameworks.
