Prof. Abdulkhaleq Saleh Moazab (Associate Professor of Commercial Law, Sana&#8217;a University)<br \/>\nThe viva-voce committee consists of:<br \/>\n\u2022 Prof. Abdulrahman Abdullah Shamsan<br \/>\n\u2022 Prof. Mohammed Abdulmalek Al-Mahabashi<br \/>\n\u2022 Assoc. Prof. Abdulkhaleq Saleh Moazab<br \/>\n\u2022 Assoc. Prof. Awad Abduhlafed Jazem<br \/>\nDuring the defense, the researcher outlined his study&#8217;s objectives, significance, methodology, theoretical framework, and proposed analytical tools.<br \/>\nFollowing an in-depth review and academic discussion, the committee officially approved the research proposal, praising the candidate\u2019s scholarly efforts and the practical relevance of the comparative legal topic.
