Establishing the Quality Unit as one of the outcomes of the project to establish an internal quality system at the College of Science.<\/p><p>The Quality Unit at the College of Science seeks to spread a culture of quality among faculty members, students and employees that follows the standards of the Council for Academic Accreditation and ensure the quality of higher education in order to achieve the mission and goals of the college. Monitoring and evaluating the performance, research and service activities provided by the college, adopting a process of continuous improvement, raising the educational level, keeping pace with scientific and technological developments, and directing them to serve scientific research and society.<br \/>The College of Science awards bachelor&#8217;s, master&#8217;s, and doctoral degrees in the following disciplines: chemistry, life sciences, mathematics, and physics.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Strategic objectives of the quality unit: &#8211;<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\u2022Developing an internal quality management system at the college level.<br \/>\u2022 Spreading a culture of quality among faculty members, assistant staff, administrators, and students.<br \/>\u2022Achieving, reviewing and updating the college\u2019s strategic mission and objectives.<br \/>\u2022Developing systems and models for evaluating performance and measuring opinions.<br \/>\u2022Follow up on the preparation of reports and files of programs and courses in the various college departments<br \/>\u2022Developing performance improvement plans.<br \/>\u2022Developing the capabilities of leaders, faculty members, assistant staff, and administrators.<br \/>\u2022Qualifying the college to apply for accreditation locally, regionally and
