\nUnder the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, President of Sana’a University, and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Qusayla, Dean of the Faculty of Science at Sana’a University, the specialized training course on ‘Diagnosis and Identification of Parasites from Disease Cases’, organized by the Community Service Affairs Unit in cooperation with Smart Sakan Laboratories, was concluded today on 2 Dhu al-Qi’dah 1447 AH corresponding to April 19, 2026.
\nThe course aimed to develop the scientific and practical capabilities of the participants in the field of medical parasitology, through an integrated training program that combined theoretical rooting and practical application, in a way that contributes to enhancing the efficiency of cadres in laboratory diagnostic aspects.
\nDuring the training days, participants received advanced knowledge about the latest techniques used in parasite diagnostics, from traditional microscopy to modern laboratory methods, as well as the review of real-world disease cases, which provided practical opportunities that contributed to deepening scientific understanding and linking the theoretical aspect with practice.
\nThe course organizers stressed that the program contributed to providing participants with qualitative skills in dealing with laboratory samples, reading and interpreting the results, in addition to enhancing their awareness of the clinical dimensions related to parasitic diseases, which reflects positively on the level of professional performance in the health sector.
\nAt the end of the course, the organizers expressed their appreciation for the fruitful cooperation with Smart Scan Laboratories, appreciating its role in supporting scientific and training activities, and praised the efforts of the trainers and participants in making this event a success, stressing the importance of continuing to organize such qualitative programs that contribute to serving the community and raising the level of health and research.<\/p>\n
