Sana\u2019a University held its 11th periodic meeting for website and social media administrators across its faculties and centers today. Chaired by Mr. Adel Al-Hababi, Assistant to the University President for Media Affairs, the meeting aligned with the university’s strategy to enhance its digital presence and modernize its media ecosystem.<\/p>\n

At the outset, Mr. Al-Hababi reviewed the Annual University Media Report for the past year, noting that it resulted from the collaborative efforts of website managers, social media coordinators, and supervisory bodies. He revealed that the university\u2019s digital network published approximately 7,000 media items, including news and announcements, reflecting the vast academic and administrative activity on campus. Furthermore, he highlighted that the university\u2019s official page now boasts 104,000 followers, with post impressions exceeding 7.5 million in the last 28 days alone\u2014a clear indicator of public trust and engagement.<\/p>\n

Mr. Al-Hababi emphasized that digital platforms are now the university\u2019s primary interface with the community. Their role is pivotal not only in reporting scientific and cultural activities in real-time but also in the strategic marketing of academic programs (Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, and PhD). By highlighting specialized features and future career opportunities, these platforms effectively drive student enrollment and institutional branding.<\/p>\n
