Educational and Psychological Counseling Center Approves Regulatory Measures to Support Master’s Students and Facilitate Field Training

Sana’a – Sunday, May 17, 2026
Educational and Psychological Counseling Center (EPCC) at Sana’a University, in its fourth periodic meeting for the academic year 2025-2026, approved a series of regulatory and technical measures aimed at developing the research environment and facilitating academic tasks for postgraduate students. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Mohammed Al-Mahbashi, the Center Director.
The session emphasized the critical importance of archiving questionnaires and research instruments used by Master’s students. The Center directed that these materials be systematically documented and electronically archived to:
– Safeguard the intellectual property rights of researchers.
– Establish a reference database to support future scientific research.
In a related move, the Center issued directives to expedite the issuance of official letters and memorandums addressed to relevant institutions where students conduct their field training.
This step is designed to remove administrative obstacles for researchers and accelerate institutional coordination. By doing so, the Center ensures that students can conduct applied studies and collect data within a supportive environment and according to their specified timelines.
The Center’s administration affirmed that these decisions are part of an ongoing commitment to elevating the quality of the specialized Master’s programs offered. The focus remains on providing comprehensive administrative and academic support to all students to ensure excellence in their educational outcomes.
