Free Discussion Session on the Art of Preparing and Writing Civil Pleas at the University of Sana’a
A free discussion session titled “The Art of Preparing and Writing Civil Pleas” was held today at the Center for Psychological and Educational Guidance at the University of Sana’a. The event was attended by Professor Abdul Hamid Taha Al-Qashai, a professor of Criminal Psychology and Criminal Justice, along with a group of lawyers, graduate students, and undergraduate students in Sharia, Law, and Rights disciplines, as well as interested individuals and court administrators.
The session was led by legal expert Dr. Abdullah Qaban from the Judicial Inspection, and international trainer and lawyer Dr. Ahmed Abdul Wahab Al-Akwa, who discussed the essential skills and techniques related to the art of advocacy and writing civil pleas.
