The Psychological and Educational Counseling Center held a discussion session on the art of preparing and writing civil defenses at the University of Sana’a, titled “The Art of Preparing and Presenting Evidence in Civil Cases” (as part of the series of free sessions organized by the center).

On Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM, a discussion session titled “The Art of Preparing and Presenting Evidence in Civil Cases” was held at the The Psychological and Educational Counseling Center at the University of Sana’a.

The event witnessed a notable attendance of lawyers, graduate students, and undergraduate students from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, as well as judicial officers, interested individuals, and court administrators.

The session was presented by legal expert and international trainer, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Wahab Al-Akwa, who discussed the essential skills and techniques related to presenting evidence in civil cases, adding significant academic value for the participants.
