Successful and serious work depends on unleashing more creative energies and capabilities, modern and innovative ideas based on reading the present and anticipating the reality of the future in various areas of life. Our main focus in this is innovation, planning and flexibility of implementation in modern and contemporary ways aimed at producing bright minds and finding present solutions with a future outlook. We at the Center for Educational and Psychological Guidance at Sana’a University, after long and accumulated experience in the field of educational and psychological guidance for more than twenty years of studied scientific, academic and scientific work, seek to move forward on the path of creativity and innovation in serving the international, regional and Arab community in general, the local community and the Yemeni individual through academic and scientific methods and in different locations, through educational and psychological guidance and guidance research and studies, and effectively transforming youth into proactive and forward-looking leaders in educational specializations and various psychological sciences by ensuring a shift in the methodology of researchers and leaders who strive to build sustainable human capabilities. The Center for Educational and Psychological Guidance at Sana’a University relies on teaching interdisciplinary specializations with innovative educational and academic curricula and graduating specialists in interdisciplinary sciences based on theoretical and applied learning and modern scientific and academic research, keen on additions and innovation.
In light of this, two academic programs were approved for a master’s degree in specialized psychology under the name (Master’s Program in Criminal Psychology and Criminal Justice) and the second program (Master’s Program in Organizational Psychology {Administrative}). There is a future plan to adopt other different educational and psychological programs in line with the center’s scientific units present in the center’s regulations related to the various activities as follows:
(Educational Guidance Unit – Psychological Support and Behavioral Disorders Unit – Creative and Talented Care Unit – Community Service Unit – Research, Tests and Measurements Unit – Applied Clinic and Clinical Psychological Therapeutics – Specialized Psychological Library).
It is worth noting that our programs are based on modern and contemporary educational curricula, and we may be unique in them from the rest of the research and educational centers in the Arab world and in rare specializations that serve sustainable and comprehensive development effectively.
Our center focuses on providing and facilitating contemporary scientific learning available to every researcher along with practical application in the field in a manner consistent with achieving the goals of Sana’a University and the center in education with the possibility of enhancing the skills and requirements of modern life, which contributes to enabling the student to obtain intellectual knowledge in integrated scientific educational and psychological specializations.
We direct our experience in creating successful learning models in which scientific research experiences and innovations are applied with a specialized academic teaching staff and keenness on modern additions and inventions that lead to a healthy society free of problems and impurities that overtake it with the obligation to teach the issued courses and graduation theses based on projects that serve the nation with global innovative scientific standards.

We are keen to enable our researchers to go beyond scientific and research horizons to catch up with global progress, as it is the best way to deliver specialized knowledge, through what we provide in terms of specialized higher education, scientific publications and research, and implementing specialized educational and psychological guidance seminars and workshops, which will double the level of awareness in society, especially decision-makers, institutions and individuals, and help them link the lived field reality and find appropriate solutions within its theoretical scientific framework and sense national responsibility and contribute to the advancement of the world of knowledge and its educational and academic performance. Our national duty towards building an educated generation that is aware of its reality and surroundings and creating useful and innovative scientific research in the service of society and anticipating the future and providing university higher education that serves sustainable development.
