Introduction:
The Organizational (Management) Psychology program provides the foundations for students who wish to become psychologists in business administration and makes actual and expected practitioners gain a comprehensive understanding of the system of business psychology and give the student the ability to understand the general fundamentals of business administration in the technical, technological and managerial aspect. The study usually includes studying a set of basic subjects and choosing some elective subjects that cover the tools needed by the manager in any sector of work. As for the elective subjects, they cover details specific to one of the sectors of work (marketing operations, strategic planning, finance, human resources, small industries).
About the Program:
The Master’s program in Organizational Psychology is an academic, scientific, and educational program that focuses, as a psychology subdivision, on the study of human behaviour in management and organization within institutions, organizations, and workplaces.
Importance of the Program:
Organizational psychology contributes to the success of institutions and organizations by improving administrative and organizational performance, providing appropriate motivation, career commitment, administrative and organizational justice, flexibility, as well as other related topics associated with the development in psychological and administrative studies. Organizational psychology also focuses on improving administrative performance for individuals within institutions and organizations through management and employment practices aimed at improving work quality and increasing production.

Mission
Organizational (managerial) psychology contributes to solving a large number of famous issues, as organizational (managerial) psychology experts place a set of physical attributes and information, and most organizational (managerial) psychology predictions match the shape of the problem, its motives, its history, and its character.
Goals
Organizational (managerial) psychology, in its focus on individual and collective leadership, aims to achieve several objectives, which can be summarized as follows:
Increasing Productivity: This refers to increasing human productivity. This is achieved through proper guidance and training of workers.
Increasing Worker Suitability: This is achieved by selecting workers for jobs that align with their personal abilities and by helping them adapt to their work in a way that minimizes effort.
Industrial Stability: This is achieved by eliminating sources of complaints and disputes between workers and employers. This is accomplished by establishing employment and wage policies and a system for distributing profits resulting from increased production. This typically involves classifying, defining, and analyzing jobs to determine the effort required for each and the necessary learning stages.

Admission Requirements:
Applicants must:
hold a bachelor’s degree from a Yemeni university, any other recognized university or equivalent.
pass the personal interview determined by the department.
not have been expelled from any university for disciplinary reasons.
comply with the admission requirements specified in the unified regulations for graduate studies and their executive rules at the university
