University Rector’s Assistant for Media Oversees Digital Infrastructure Development at the Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment

SANA’A – January 12, 2026 — As part of the university-wide initiative to modernize digital communications, Mr. Adel Al-Hababi, Sana’a University Rector’s Assistant for Media Affairs, conducted an official visit to the Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment this Monday. The visit aimed to evaluate the Faculty’s official website and social media presence while overseeing the latest updates in its digital outreach strategy.
Mr. Al-Hababi was received by Dr. Adel Al-Washali, Dean of the Faculty, alongside the Vice Deans for Quality Assurance, Student Affairs, and Community Service, as well as department heads and the Faculty’s web administrator, Eng. Noor Othman Kawkabah.
During the visit, a comprehensive review session was held to discuss the technical and security measures implemented for the Faculty’s online platforms. Key topics included:
– The verification and securing of official social media accounts using institutional credentials (official email and phone numbers).
– A review of the Faculty’s web interface and its integration with various social media channels to ensure a unified institutional voice.
Mr. Al-Hababi praised the Faculty’s efforts in managing its digital content and provided several strategic recommendations to further enhance quality. He emphasized the importance of continuous updates and the use of modern media tools to increase the Faculty’s visibility and engagement.
The Faculty Dean, Dr. Adel Al-Washali, expressed his appreciation for the visit, noting that such institutional support is vital for the Faculty’s digital transformation. He reaffirmed that enhancing the Faculty’s online presence is a top priority, aligning with Sana’a University’s broader vision for technological integration and future-ready academic communication.
