Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment Hosts Academic Workshop on Quality and Excellence in Course Reporting

Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment at Sana’a University, under the supervision of the University’s Development and Quality Assurance Center, organized an academic workshop titled “Preparation of Course Portfolios and Course Reports.” The event was held under the patronage of Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, Sana’a University Rector, as part of the university’s ongoing strategic initiatives to elevate educational quality and fulfill academic accreditation requirements.
The workshop, held on Monday, February 2, 2026, at Ali Wald Zaid Hall, brought together faculty members and specialists in academic quality and curriculum development. The session focused on several key objectives:
• Enhancing course quality in strict accordance with national and international academic accreditation standards.
• Providing educators with the necessary tools and methodologies to efficiently prepare comprehensive course portfolios and detailed performance reports.
• Supporting the university’s mission toward academic excellence by embedding concepts of quality assurance and institutional self-improvement into educational programs.
The Faculty Deanship emphasized that such workshops are vital for modernizing academic performance and improving student learning outcomes. By fostering active participation among faculty members, the university aims to build a robust academic future characterized by high standards and educational distinction.
