The visit was also attended by Teaching Assistant Engineer Omar Ayad, who \u200esupervised the organization of the trip and oversaw its academic aspects. His participation \u200eadded significant scientific and practical value to the visit, reinforcing students\u2019 applied \u200eunderstanding of food manufacturing concepts and product quality
