SANA’A \u2013 As part of efforts to strengthen practical training and vocational skills, fourth-year students in the Department of Horticulture and its Techniques have successfully completed a field activity focused on cultivating Fenugreek and Garden Cress (Lepidium sativum) within the faculty\u2019s ornamental nursery.
This activity aims to develop student expertise in managing medicinal and aromatic plants, particularly regarding their propagation methods and specialized care. By working in a stimulating educational environment, students are able to bridge the gap between theoretical coursework and real-world agricultural application.<\/h3>

The activity was conducted under the direct supervision of department faculty members. The enthusiastic participation of the students reflects their commitment to gaining the practical experience necessary to qualify for the labor market in the agricultural and environmental sectors.
This initiative is part of the Department of Horticulture and its Techniques’ strategic plan to modernize students’ farming skills, foster a spirit of teamwork, and reinforce the importance of agriculture as a cornerstone of sustainable development<\/h3>
