The MA defense was held on <strong>Sunday, December 28, 2025.<\/strong><\/h3><h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/h3><table><tbody><tr><td><h3><strong>#<\/strong><\/h3><\/td><td><h3><strong>Committee among overweight and obese women, and to compare its effectiveness with that of a standard diet.<\/h3><h3>The study yielded a number of key findings summarized as follows:<\/h3><ul><li><h3>The ketogenic diet proved more effective in promoting weight loss.<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>It had a positive effect on reducing blood glucose levels in individuals with type 2 diabetes.<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>The ketogenic diet contributed to improved insulin sensitivity.<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><h3>In light of the findings, the researcher recommended:<\/h3><ul><li><h3>Conducting separate studies for each study variable with a larger sample size and over a longer duration.<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Supporting and encouraging such research, given its significant benefits to public health and the community.<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><h3>The defense session was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, colleagues, and the researcher\u2019s family.<\/h3><h3><img loading=\"lazy\"
