Students monitored changes occurring during cooking processes, enhancing their ability to link theoretical concepts with practical and industrial applications in food manufacturing. This activity reflects the department&#8217;s ongoing efforts to develop students&#8217; practical skills and qualify them to handle modern food processing techniques on scientific and engineering
