 Important Announcement for Students Anticipating Graduation in the Academic Year 2025

Students expected to graduate in the academic year 2025 are required to ensure that their data is accurately reflected in all official documents, including the High School Certificate, ID card, and passport. It is essential that the information, particularly names in both Arabic and English, as well as the place and date of birth, is consistent across all documents. The graduation certificate will be issued based on the secondary school data.

Students must conduct a thorough review of this information. Should any discrepancies be identified, it is imperative that students submit a request for amendment of their High School records to the Student Affairs office prior to the issuance of their graduation statement. Please note that requests for amendments will not be accepted after the university qualification has been conferred, regardless of the circumstances.
