Public Seminar of the MA Proposal Presented by Mr. Abdullah Mohammad Mohammad Al-Maqbool, from the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts & Humanities, Sana’a University.

Today, Wednesday, 29 Rabi` al-Awwal 1446, corresponding to October 2, 2024, the Department of Philosophy conducted a seminar submitted by Mr. Abdullah Mohammad Mohammad Al-Maqbool. The seminar focused on his proposed master’s thesis titled “John Rawls’ Social justice :analytical study in light of political philosophy,” supervised by Dr. Hamid Iskandar.

The event was attended by several distinguished faculty members, including Dr. Aida Al-Dahmali, Head of the Department; Dr. Ahmed Al-Saadi; Dr. Hamid Iskandar; Dr. Hassan Al-Irani; Dr. Fawzia Shamsan; and Dr. Suad Al-Thulaia, as well as a number of researchers from the department and other departments. Following the presentation of the research proposal, a thorough discussion ensued, during which faculty members offered constructive feedback. Consequently, the proposal received formal approval, and Dr. Hamid Iskandar was officially appointed as the thesis supervisor.
