The Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research hereby announces the public defense of the MA thesis submitted by Ms. Najah Mahdi Yahya Al-Hila Qa’sha, titled “The Rule of Removing Harm and Its Jurisprudential Applications: A Comparative Study Between the Zaydi and Shafi Schools”, under the Supervision of Dr. Saeed Ali Al-Humairi.
The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:
