The Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research hereby announces the public defense of the PhD dissertation submitted by Mr. Abdulwahab Mohammad Ahmad Abdulqader, titled “International Protection of Refugees and Migrants: A Comparative Study Between Islamic Sharia and International Legislation: Yemen as a Case in Point.” This dissertation has been conducted under the supervision of Prof. Mohammad Yahya Al-Makhdi, Associate Professor of Islamic Jurisprudence and Policy, Principal Supervisor and Prof. Mohammad Ali Ali Al-Hajj, Associate Professor of Public International Law, Co-Supervisor.
The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The Viva-Voce is taking place on Wednesday, Rajab 22, 1446 Hijri, corresponding to January 22, 2025, in the Inclusive Development Center, Sana’a University (New Campus), starting at 10:00 a.m
