Public PhD Viva-Voce Examination of Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulrahman Mohammad Al-Ahdal, from the Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Arts & Humanities – Sana’a University
The Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research hereby announces the public defense of the PhD dissertation submitted by Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulrahman Mohammad Al-Ahdal, titled “The Impact of the Purposes of Islamic Law on the Rulings of Human Necessities”. The dissertation has been conducted under the supervision of Prof. Adel Saleh Ali Al-Faqih, Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Arts & Humanities, Sana’a University.
The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The Viva Voce is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, the 29th of Rajab 1446 Hijri, corresponding to the 29th of January 2025, in the Inclusive Development Center, at Sana’a University (New Campus) commencing at 10:00 a.m..
