The study aimed to:
-
Enrich the scientific library with valuable sources related to Ahadith Al-Ahkam (Prophetic traditions of legal rulings).
-
Enable the researcher to examine, document, and trace the sources of a large number of hadiths, and to learn the methods of hadith verification.
-
Contribute alongside other scholars and researchers to expanding and preserving Islamic heritage.
The study concluded that Zaydi scholars showed clear interest in documenting and citing the opinions of the Companions and the Followers, which highlights the need to uncover and present similar manuscripts for academic research.
In light of these findings, the researcher recommended preserving Yemeni scholarly heritage, facilitating access to valuable manuscripts that serve the Muslim community, and upholding sound scholarly methodology free from distortion or polemics.
The defense session was attended by faculty members, researchers, students, colleagues, and the researcher’s family.
