Prof. Mutie Mohammed Shabalah <\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<td width=\"138\">\n<h3>Internal Examiner<\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<td width=\"141\">\n<h3>Sana\u2019a University<\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<td width=\"70\">\n<h3>Member<\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>This study aimed to:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Introduce the author, Abdullah bin Al-Hadi Yahya bin Hamza.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Introduce his book <strong><em>Al-Jawhar Ash-Shaff\u0101f Al-Multaqat min Magh\u0101\u1e63\u0101t al-Kashsh\u0101f <\/em><\/strong>(The Purest Gems Gathered by Pearl Divers from the Ocean\u2019s Depths) and highlight its merits.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Critically edit and study this manuscript using a scholarly approach.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Produce a sound and accurate edition of the book&#8217;s text.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Study the book in terms of the author&#8217;s methodology and discuss his opinions.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Identify the sources from which the author, Abdullah bin Al-Hadi bin Al-Imam Yahya bin Hamza, drew his material.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>The study reached several key findings, including:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>The author, Abdullah bin Al-Hadi, did not adhere strictly to the wording of Hadith (Prophetic traditions) but rather focused on their meaning.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The author, Abdullah bin Al-Hadi Yahya bin Hamza, was born in Dhamar.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The scholar Abdullah bin Al-Hadi enriched the Islamic scholarly library with a valuable interpretive resource indispensable for scholars and intellectuals.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The author, Abdullah bin Al-Hadi, possessed an enlightened intellect derived from his Zaidi school of thought.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>The study concluded with several recommendations, including<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Searching for and investigating neglected heritage, striving for its study and critical edition.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Encouraging researchers and editors to select heritage books for critical editions, while also engaging in new and purposeful legitimate topics.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Emphasizing the role of books and manuscripts and provide material support for collecting, cataloging, restoring, photographing, and preserving Yemeni manuscripts as electronic copies.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The PhD dissertation was examined and recommended by the Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance and approval. The Candidate was recommended to be awarded the degree of <strong>PhD. <\/strong>The defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, interested individuals, as well as the
