Mr. Abdullah Naji Abdullah Mohammed Al-Nimrani<\/strong> was awarded a Master’s degree<\/strong>, majoring in Fiqh and its Usul (Islamic jurisprudence and its principles), from the Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, with an average of (Excellent<\/strong>) and a grade of (90%<\/strong>). His thesis, titled: “Al-Fatawa fi al-Masail al-Tawari’<\/em> by the Scholar Yahya bin Al-Hussein (d. 1099 Hijri) from the Beginning of the Manuscript to the End of the Sections on Ihya’<\/em> and Hajr<\/em>: A Study and Investigation<\/strong>,\u201d was successfully defended on Monday, Dhu al-Qa’dah 14, 1446 <\/strong>Hijri, corresponding to May 12, 2025<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This thesis aimed to<\/strong> highlight the significance of the book, “Al-Fatawa fi al-Masail al-Tawari’<\/em> ‘ala Adillat Masail Al-Azhar<\/em><\/strong>” as a crucial Zaydi jurisprudential encyclopedia. This work encompasses the doctrines of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the sayings of their Imams, alongside the opinions of scholars from various Islamic schools of thought.<\/h3>\n

Among the significant findings, the researcher noted that the scholar Yahya bin Al-Hussein<\/strong> thoroughly explained the evidences of “Matn Al-Azhar<\/em><\/strong>,” largely concurring with it while occasionally differing on certain rulings.<\/h3>\n

The thesis concludes with several important recommendations, urging:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
