sustainable development in Yemen.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Explore public-private partnerships in achieving sustainable development in Yemeni legislation.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Analyze the social realities surrounding public-private partnerships in Yemen.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Identify the perspectives of interview respondents regarding the role of public-private partnerships in achieving sustainable development in Yemen.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0The study yielded several key findings as follows:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>The private sector contributes ethically to some sustainable development goals.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>A lack of trust exists between the public and private sectors.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Yemeni legislation remains inadequate in regulating the private sector and public-private partnerships.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Yemen\u2019s social environment is still unprepared to achieve sustainable development, as it lacks investment-attracting infrastructure across different sectors.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Achieving sustainable development is still perceived as the responsibility of the public sector rather than the private sector.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Development policies require revision, as policies formulated over a decade ago are no longer suitable due to ongoing social changes in Yemeni society.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>In light of these findings, the researcher offered several key recommendations summarized as follows:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>The Ministry of Legal Affairs should revisit and update legislation relating to the private sector.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Investment promotion should not remain confined to the General Investment Authority; instead, all forms of media should participate in promoting investment opportunities in Yemen.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Yemeni embassies abroad should be engaged in supporting investment promotion efforts.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The public sector should provide guarantees and incentives to encourage private sector investment in Yemen.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Media outlets should contribute to promoting investment through a social investment map, as investment is Yemen\u2019s window to the international world.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The dissertation defense was attended by a number
