The dissertation defense was held on <strong>Saturday, August 18, 2025<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>The PhD Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the highlight the uniqueness of <em>Al-Jawhar Al-Asil Al-Mukhtasar min Ma\u2019alim Al-Tanzil<\/em> by scholar Abdullah Abdulwali Al-Ward, particularly in presenting Quranic exegesis through thematic classifications aligned with various jurisprudential and scholarly chapters.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>The dissertation yielded the following findings:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>The scholar Abdullah Abdulwali Al-Ward was a prominent Yemeni jurist and scholar known for his piety and asceticism.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>His work, <em>Al-Jawhar Al-Asil<\/em>, is one of the significant contributions to jurisprudential and thematic Tafsir (Qur\u2019anic exegesis).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The author demonstrated a remarkable organizational structure and innovative classifications in the composition of his book.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The abundance of classifications and diverse approaches within the work underscores its scholarly value and calls for further study and preservation.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Conducting comprehensive academic studies on the methodology adopted by Al-Ward in his book.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Dedicating independent studies to Al-Ward\u2019s opinions and preferences in his book <em>Al-Jawhar Al-Asil.<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Undertaking comparative research on Al-Ward\u2019s opinions and preferences in <em>Al-Jawhar Al-Asil<\/em> in relation to the jurisprudential thought of his contemporaries.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The dissertation defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, specialists, students, colleagues, and the researcher\u2019s
